The Flying Biscuit Cafe

 

 

 

During my last term, in my Advertising Campaigns class at the University of Florida I, along with 6 teammates, developed an advertising campaign for The Flying Biscuit Cafe. However, this was not like a normal classroom project. ​Grouping it with the regular class assignments would be highly misleading. We worked with a real client and their budget, conducted research and over the semester developed a 3-month integrated marketing campaign.

 

The goal of this campaign was to enhance The Flying Biscuit's catering revenue in all locations. 

 

The Flying Biscuit is a restuarant with 13 locations spread out across Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. The class is organized to be a competition, and my agency will compete against 4 other agencies in an attempt to present the best campaign for the client in a three month frame of time.
